I began touring in 2009, and was a full time touring merchandise manager from 2017 to 2024. I have successfully handled multimillion-dollar merchandise lines across diverse tour venues internationally, managing sales ranging from 200 to 20,000 capacity venues, with additional experience in high-capacity 100,000+ capacity events.

One of my earliest industry memories is meeting a merch manager at age 12 after waiting in line to buy a t-shirt. I remember seeing crew members load up the trailers as I left shows and thought they were so cool, I wanted to be one of them one day. I fulfilled that dream - and loved every second of it!

Now, I’m the Director of Marketing at Single Serve Merch, and want to help artists who might not be able to afford having a large touring crew still have successful merch lines - both on & off the road.
